New World Beijing Hotel’s classy restaurant 8 Qi Nian is launching a brand-new weekend dim sum brunch full of Cantonese specialties perfected by chef Tony Guo. The buffet features all the traditional favorites like hai huang dou fu geng with seafood and bean curd broth, bi feng tang zhong xia made with deep-fried shrimp, garlic, chili and black pepper, and a classic egg tart for dessert.
