Autumn is about to descend upon Beijing and, right on cue, China Fashion Week is bringing fall clothing to the capital.
China Fashion Week is a major semi-annual event in Beijing that showcases ready-to-wear collections, accessories, and new designs from both Chinese and international designers.

This year’s fall edition is taking place from September 5 to 14 at venues across the city, including 798-751 Art Park, Beijing Exhibition Center, and Yanqi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The event’s theme is ‘Shine’ (耀), focusing on oriental aesthetics, new technology, and sustainability.
(Although, paradoxically there are also ‘Digital Fashion’ forums discussing boosting online sales across major shopping platforms.)
