First baked in La Viña, San Sebastian in the Basque Country near the Spanish-French border, Basque Burnt Cheesecake is creamier than the classic Gateau Basque. This desirable delight is adored throughout France for its delicate texture, high-quality ingredients and sensational flavour.

Inspired by the dreamy Basque Burnt Cheesecake, Chef William reimaigines the Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake with inspirations from his Basque Country homeland and premium ingredients from Yunnan province. The Jing Basque Moodcake is more than just a thematic play on the word 'mooncake'. Each delicious bite radiates positive festive vibes providing guests with more reasons to share and enjoy these exquisite treats during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is also a celebration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France.
