Jing at The Peninsula Beijing presents a unique fusion of fine French and Greek cuisines by Michelin-starred chefs, William Mahi and Pavlos Kiriakis, for Chinese Valentine's Day. From 9-10 August, the chefs collaborate for a Four-hands dinner, showcasing the bountiful tastes of nature.
Chef William, inspired by his Basque Country roots, blends classic French preparations with personal artistic vision. His cuisine explores local lifestyles, mountains, and coasts. Chef Pavlos, a master of modern Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, reinterprets high-quality traditional ingredients with a nature-inspired twist.
The chefs, who have previously worked together, combine their European backgrounds to curate a menu brimming with natural summer flavors and colors. Guests will embark on a global gastronomic journey through mountains, forests, lakes, and seas.
