Jing at The Peninsula Beijing is gearing up for its special Mother's Day Champagne Sunday Brunch Buffet. Chefs will combine the "farm to table" concept with Mediterranean-inspired dishes. There will be plenty of fresh seafood, an oyster bar and an international cheese counter. But don't forget to save room for dessert because there will be a selection of handcrafted desserts. And in case you're interested, there will also be free-flow (selected) wine and bartenders will mix up special Bloody Mary cocktails.
