Autumn in Tianjin has a soft golden glow, a perfect season to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the city’s nostalgic charm.

And there’s no better place to do it than Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin, which is celebrating the season with a suite package filled with thoughtful perks: exclusive access to China House and the Executive Lounge, a 30-minute spa treatment for two, plus complimentary nightly laundry for two pieces per guest room.

A Design Story Through the Seasons

Set in the heart of the city, Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin blends art deco grandeur with serene natural touches.

Designed by WATG, PYR, and SPIN Design Studio, the property takes The Seasons Turn in Tianjin as its narrative thread with each corner whispering a different mood of the city.

Step inside and you’re greeted by a striking two-storey lobby wrapped around a lotus pond and copper bamboo, glowing in golden light like the autumn sun glinting off the Haihe River.

Beyond it, silvery reception walls echo the stillness of winter.

Upstairs, white reliefs of deer among bamboo conjure spring’s vitality, while the rooftop pool under a glass dome shimmers in summer hues.

Even the entrance plays its part, hidden on the second floor like a secret doorway, it draws on the Chinese idea of seclusion, gently easing guests out of the city’s buzz and into a private sanctuary.

The hotel’s 259 rooms and suites (44 in total) stretch from levels 11 to 26, all softly dressed in pale woods and light linens to create a calm, residential feel.

Along the corridors, black-and-white photos of Tianjin landmarks nod to the city’s dockside history and architectural heritage.

For a splash of drama, the 319-square-meter Presidential Suite pairs sweeping skyline views with exquisite detailing, a mural of perched birds celebrates the city’s natural life, while carved screens frame a custom-made European canopy bed.

It’s part elegant pied-à-terre, part private gallery.

Dining that Dazzles

Food here is just as artfully composed.

Jin House serves refined Cantonese classics beneath a ceiling of starry lights and golden bowls.

Cielo blends European flavors with local personality in a dining room lined with wood waves that ripple like the Haihe River.

And at Aria on 9 Sky Garden, an open-air courtyard in the sky, evenings call for cocktails and sunsets as the city glows below.
