Here's a breakdown of all the dinners, Christmas brunches and parties going down; with a few of our favorite new school holiday tunes to get you in the mood.

Christmas Eve Eats

Blue Frog
All branches of Blue Frog are serving up a three-course Christmas menu. Choose from the juicy filet mignon wrapped in bacon and a delectable black bean glazed halibut with polenta cake and sautéed vegetables. Chesnut cheesecake glazed with a caramel sauce and whipped cream, as well as your drink of choice included.

Kabb
Enjoy a four-course Christmas dinner highlighted by your choice of succulent char-grilled rib-eye steak with roasted garlic mashed potato and seasonal pan-fried vegetables or pan-seared Norwegian salmon filet presented on a bed of wilted spinach and an orange, avocado and cherry tomato couscous salad.

MAYA
Have a Latin Christmas as Maya serves up a brunch set that includes holiday specials like Turkey Mole Benedict and Chilaquiles. For dinner, they’re serveing up a three-course menu of non-traditional Mexican Christmas comfort food.

The Rooster

With 12 days of Christmas Deals, the Rooster celebrates Christmas eve with all all-night hour at their JingAn and Yongkang Lu branches, with portions of sales going to Heart to Heart.

Shanghai Slim’s
Enjoy a traditional family Christmas feast consisting of roast prime rib, glazed ham, BBQ pork ribs and of course a roast turkey. Free flow on hot spiced wine, egg nog, beers and California wines included.

Nadaman
Chef Masami Saito and Chef Shigeru Sato are serving up their refined Christmas creations. Seven course lunch and dinners are availble for RMB580 at Sushi by Nadaman and for RMB680 at Nadaman. Both sets come with a complementary glass of champange.

Mr. Harry
Enjoy a traditional UK Christmas dinner at Mr. Harry. They’re offering a turkey feast, but will have vegetarian options too. A two-course meal is RMB250 or RMB300 for three-courses, both served with complimentary mulled wine and egg not. Free flow packages are available as an add-on and this deal is currently available until Christmas Day.

The charming modern Asian Nistro is offering up a Christmas set menu that features starters to share like salmon miso daikon rolls or mango & crab stack, soup and mains highlighted by roasted turkey with Asian herbs, gravy and cranberry composte. Enjoy a seasonally-inspired five-course set menu and gorgeous views of the Bund from this charming restaurant by the Huangpu riverside. Free-flow drinks option available for an additional RMB250.

The Bavarian favorite is serving up Christmas Eve set menus at all of their Shanghai locations. Their Fenyang Lu location will offer a four-course dinner for RMB458, their Expo location will do a three-course dinner for RMB398, their Binjiang location is serving up a four-course dinner with free flow drinks for RMB788 and their Xintiandi location will do a four course dinner with two drinks plus performances from their two house bands (ground floor seat is RMB888 or RMB788 for second floor).

Thought for Food
The Living Room by Octave restaurant hosts an exquisite Christmas Eve set dinner prepared by Chef Alex, mixing traditional holiday flavors with the the finest ingredients. Meal includes oysters from Gillardeau, truffles and red dates infused chicken soup, smoked Alaskan mackarel, Wagu beef rump slowcooked for hours and capped off with the chef’s signature Snowball dessert.

The Kerry Hotel Pudong favorite is serving up a Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet: RMB398 for the early session and RMB298 for late dinner. The stylish hotel is offering up a couple of dining options. Or head up to the 37th floor and enjoy classic Japanese, complete with open teppanyaki stations, at Miyabi for RMB508.

Unico by Mauro Colagreco
The Michelin starred chef’s contemporary Latin American Bund favorite is offering a six-course Festive Menu (RMB788) and a six-course Prestige Menu (RMB,1288) for the holidays from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve.
