The ingredients for the starter include already cooked causa potato mash, bravas sauce, lime aiole, black garlic sauce, smoke chili sauce, paprika and a garnish.

Karubi Steak Main

Karubi steak, charcoal yuca, truffle ashes, guascaca mojo sauce and coffee salt

The ingredients for the main include pre-smoked and sous vide Karubi steak, charcoal yuca, thyme, garlic, butter, truffle ashes, guascaca mojo sauce and coffee salt.
