You are what you eat - and, apparently, it shows. A Kunming man has truly gone the extra mile to help out a local fruit shop - not even his own shop, mind you - and has achieved five minutes (make that seconds) of internet fame in the process.
Pineapple Brother "bought a pineapple every day" from the same fruit shop on a college campus in Kunming, according to Sohu. When he realized that the shop wasn't doing too well for funds, Pineapple Bro decided to take matters into his own hairs.
Say what you will (e.g. that's it's completely ridiculous) but this is dedication. Sohu reports that the fruit shop's sales have leapt thanks to the fact that they now have a pineapple-esque man pulling in customers but, unfortunately, Pineapple Brother says that he won't keep the hairstyle for long.
Perhaps he'll just grow his hair per usual and say that it's a dark coconut?
