Do you like skateboarding? Do you like trivia? Do you like trivia about skateboarding? WELL, if you answered yes to any of those questions, then you should swing by the Das Days Community Center on Tuesday night. In continuation of all the Adidas events poppin off this past week, there should be some other cool stuff to look out for like a movie night on Wednesday. That one's gonna have popcorn and beer.

Oct 16, 7pm, no cover. Das Days Community Center, see event listing.

Oct 17: Wine in the City at Wujie

Michelin-starred Wujie on the Bund is home to this month's Wine and the City social dinner. With whites in the spotlight, this world-class vegetarian restaurant is pulling out all the stops. Think Avocado Roll with 9-year Grown Lanzhou Lily Bulb Mash, Rosemary Salt-baked Yunnan Porcini and Ginkgo with Porcini Jus, Hunan-inspired Pizza with Wild Rice Stem and so much more. Each of the eight courses comes with a wine pairing, so be sure to come revved and ready to eat/drink.

Oct 17, 7pm, RMB680. Wujie, see event listing, buy tickets.

Oct 18-21: The Best of British

Bringing together all the finest of things from the UK, this cultural showcase includes 150 brands boasting a range of products, experiences and adventures. Whether you’re looking for business opportunities or just to revel in the royal red, white and blue, you’ll want to check out the Shanghai Exhibition Center this month. On Oct 18-19, they’ll be open to trade vendors and VIP ticket holders, while regular ticket holders can pay a visit on Oct 20-21.

Oct 18-21, RMB80-300, 10am. Shanghai Exhibition Center, see event listingbuy tickets.

Combining folk, Americana and pop, this singer songwriter takes influence from the likes of Nina Simone, Jeff Buckley and Nico. His fourth album comes out on November 4, so head to Modern Sky Lab for a chance to see him perform live.

Oct 19: Medusa

While Elevator's Donghu Lu run is coming to an end, they're going strong with a packed line-up to carry you through these last, dark days. Medusa is just one of them. Their extension may have been cancelled (with their final party on the 26th), you can bet your ass they're not going quietly. Come for Mau Mau. Come for the glitter. Come for the kiss stained walls, red lanterns and memories of Baijiu Robot.

Oct 19, 10pm, RMB50. Elevator, see event listing.

Oct 19-20: Sean Patton

The biggest up-and-coming act out of New York, he's been on Comedy Central and Viceland's Flophouse. He's also got a wild story about a gig that turned into round-about rendezvous in a massive, massive house. With meth.

Oct 19-20, 9pm, RMB170. Kung Fu Komedy, see event listingbuy tickets.

Oct 20: Wednesday Campanella

Wednesday Campanella are hitting China for the first time for their ‘Galapagos Tour.' Alternative, composed, upbeat and very Japanese, this show is going to be a lot of fun.

Partnered with Green Initiatives, you'll find workshops, vendors, zero-waste stations and so much more at this fair taking over Taikoo Hui. Come buy some sustainable stuff, learn how to be a better human and show the kids what cool really looks like (it's super child-friendly).

Oct 20-21, 10am-8pm and 10am-6pm, no cover. HKRI Taikoo Hui, see event listing.

Oct 21: Sunset Rooftop Party

Blackbird recently unveiled their rooftop terrace - The Third Floor as it's so aptly named - and are celebrating the incoming of fall with a p-a-r-t-y. There'll be delicious snacks (like lamb shoulder), hand-selected beverages from the Wine and the City team (like Jermann Pinot Grigio, Friuli, 2016) and an opportunity to break out your fanciest flannels and favorite sweater. We've got a few good weeks of weather this season, so make the most of it over at Columbia Circle this Sunday.

Oct 21, 2pm-6pm, RMB250. Blackbird, see event listing, buy tickets.

Until Oct 21: STOMP

STOMP combines dance, comedy and music into a theatrical whirlwind you’ll never forget. This production uses matchboxes, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters and more to create the energizing beats in this full-of-life stage show. We went, and it lived way beyond out expectations. It's energizing, accessible and just so much fun. Seriously, go check it out.

Oct 11-21, RMB180-780, 7.30pm. ET Space, see event listingbuy tickets.
