Voting is open all month until September 7, and the winners will be announced at our exclusive awards ceremony next month. Until then, we'll be introducing the categories and rounding up the nominees. Today, we're looking at all the nominees for Shanghai's favorite new bar, restaurant and club openings of the past year.
