Daimon Gastro Lounge is a restaurant and bar on the Bund by renowned Cantonese chef, Alvin Leung. Named after Leung's self-styled moniker of 'the demon chef,' the restaurant's interiors are inspired by Hong Kong's walled Kowloon City.
Here you'll find a menu of rejigged dim sum, and larger dishes that combine comfort food with Cantonese elements. At the bar, a cocktail program that takes feel-good Hong Kong drinks like cream soda, Horlicks, Vitasoy and milk tea to boozy dimensions.
