SHAKE is an intimate supper club and nightspot with live music six nights a week, fusion food by award-winning chef Danyi Gao, and bold cocktails by veteran bar manager Colin Tait. Sunday and Tuesday share a more laid-back, intimate vibe, while Wednesday–Saturday see crowds dancing to classic and modern funk and soul pumped out by a full band and guest singers. Must-try shareable dishes include Honey Cheese Tofu, Thai Beef Carpaccio, and "Disco Fries". Weekend cover charge is usually RMB80.
