A woman in Shenzhen found an orange and ya pear in a delivery package she received recently when what she was expecting was an iPhone 5S that her friend had shipped out from Xiamen, according to the Weibo post she sent out on Monday night.

The woman who received the package, surnamed Wang, said she thought it was a prank at first. The delivery man suggested that she call the police, but according to the local police, it was apparently beyond the call of duty.

The delivery company, Yunda Express, granted the sender of the package, surnamed Li, a paltry RMB 1,000 in compensation — despite confirming it was indeed an iPhone she originally sent out.

The package went through multiple transits during the shipping process, making it exceedingly difficult to pinpoint the culprit.
