Inspired by the enchanting gardens of the La Granja Royal Palace in Segovia, Spain, VIVIANA Collection, ARTĒ's latest signature creation, presents the essence of an idyllic paradise where nature's vibrant beauty intertwines with the artistry of jewellery craftsmanship. Executive Chef Jean-Marc Gaucher of InterContinental Grand Stanford has meticulously curated a delectable array of both savoury and sweet delicacies that capture the spirit of nature's beauty and the jewellery set's elegance, and presented in an uplifted sensory experience.
The Fluttery Garden Afternoon Tea
For those with discerning palates, representing the daring character of modern women, as an echo to the VIVIANA Collection, the savoury selection includes Caviar and Smoked Salmon Blinis, a delicate combination of luxurious caviar, velvety smoked salmon, and fluffy blinis; Duck Liver Mousse, a rich and indulgent pairing of smooth duck liver mousse, enhanced by the warmth of mulled wine jelly, served on a crispy brioche toast; Pulled Pork Slider, tender and flavourful pulled pork complemented by a vibrant purple slaw, nestled in a buttery brioche bun; Smoked Turkey Pie, a refreshing twist on the classic, featuring smoked turkey breast, beetroot-infused egg salad, and crisp cucumber on a striking charcoal tart.
The sweetest part of the afternoon tea set promises to tantalise taste buds and satisfy any sweet and glamourous lady. Highlights include French Macaron, a luscious French signature bursting with fruity flavours; Chocolate Diamond, a sophisticated treat that pairs the richness of single-origin dark chocolates with the bright and citrusy notes of yuzu; Silky Rare Cheese Cake, a velvety rare Japanese cheesecake perfectly complemented by a tangy wild blueberry compote; Butterfly Pea Jelly, a visually stunning and refreshing jelly infused with the vibrant hues of butterfly pea flower and champagne; Taro Tart, a delightful combination of subtly sweet purple taro and a flaky, buttery tart shell. Freshly baked scones will also be served with indulgent clotted cream and blueberry jam.
To accompany this refined afternoon treat, guests will be offered to the signature beverage, the Butterfly-tini. This enchanting concoction is a delightful blend of gin, blueberry syrup, citrus, and butterfly pea tea, creating a mesmerising drink that perfectly complements the afternoon tea set.
