Do you remember this video of an old dude flipping and spinning around a toddler like a rag doll? Although it was filmed two years ago, it's making the rounds on social media yet again this week - and it's about time. 

When it was first seen in 2013, it inspired classic responses from Chinese netizens like "if this were anywhere else in the world, he'd be arrested as soon as the video came out," "this kid is going to be stupid when he grows up, having his brain rocks around like that," and "his father must make hand-pulled noodles."
