Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s largest music and arts festival, is gearing up for its three-day 2014 event, held outdoors at the West Kowloon Cultural District from November 28 to 30. Proudly defying the boundaries of definition, Clockenflap is abstract in name but concrete in vision: to bring individuals together to share in music at its most inspirational and art at its most accessible. This year, the festival kicks off on Friday with UK indie rock sensation The Vaccines, whose albums reached #1 on the UK charts in 2011 and 2012, followed by multi-award winning Scottish foursome Travis on Saturday and American jazz, R&B and disco group Kool and the Gang, who will rally fans before The Flaming Lips take the stage on Sunday.
