Yuen Kai Hotel Management Co., Ltd has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Heidi Tang as the General Manager of MUMIAN SHANGHAI EXPO, taking full responsibility for the hotel’s overall operation, market positioning, and diversified development strategies.

An extraordinary hotelier from Changsha, Hunan, Ms. Heidi Tang possesses over 17 years extensive business knowledge and successful operation management experience. With a strong professional background in sales and marketing and proven records in driving rapid and sustainable business grow as well as leading every market in both reputation and performance, her inspirational career path stretches across the country covering well-established global chains such as Sheraton, Westin, InterContinental, Wanda Hotels and Resorts as well as Niccolo and Maqo of Wharf Hotels. Ms. Heidi Tang has successfully overseen the pre-opening and positioning of two distinctive properties, the luxurious sky hotel Niccolo Changsha and the lifestyle hotel Maqo Changsha. Prior to this new appointment, she served as the Area Hotel Manager of Niccolo Changsha and Maqo Changsha.

MUMIAN SHANGHAI EXPO is anticipated to open in the second quarter of 2025 as the first MUMIAN hotel and also the first member in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in Shanghai, a significant milestone of the joint collaboration between China Resources Land Limited and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. This new appointment marks Ms. Heidi Tang's first venture into Shanghai, where her innovative and passionate approaches shall be integrated with inspirations, creativities and breakthroughs.
