Founded in 1851, Xing Hua Lou has perfected the art of the Cantonese mooncake, crafting its delicacies through 16 meticulous steps to achieve golden crusts, delicate patterns, and fillings rich with flavor.

For this special edition, Alila Shanghai infuses its own creative touch, introducing a signature Lemon Thyme Fortune Pouch Mooncake inspired by the hotel’s culinary style.
