About Stone Motion Fitness 

Stone Motion Fitness was established in 2013 in Pudong as one of Shanghai’s first fitness studios. A couple months ago, the team relocated to Puxi, setting up shop on Aomen Lu near the M50 Art District and 1000 Trees shopping mall.

The physical fitness courses on offer are designed to combines strength and aerobic training, which can shorten recovery time and reduce the risk of sports injuries. They also offer specialized training for Spartan races, where athletes participating in these types of competitions can improve their agility through simulated combat exercises. All of this is complemented by a fat-reduction training program with guidance from Canadian-trained sports nutritionist coaches. 

In addition to the physical fitness courses, Stone Motion Fitness also offers yoga and martial arts classes, as well as one-on-one relaxation sessions. The diverse and engaging training programs allow most students to continuously exercise for up to two hours each time.

Stone Motion Fitness provides both one-on-one personal training and group classes, each of which can help you enhance your physical skills in various ways. The team caters to students of any age and any fitness level.

HIIT meets weight lighting and Spartan training in these classes that boost immunity, shape the body effectively through strength and aerobic training, and improve agility and coordination. The comprehensive mixed training promotes blood circulation, metabolism, helps you shape quickly, and improves sleep conditions.

And for the kids, the youth fitness classes will enhance children's attention, coordination, and overall physical qualities through exercise, all while helping children establish exercise habits to keep them away from electronic devices, cultivate a sports competitive spirit, and guide academic performance.

Muscle Relaxation

In this class, attendees will stimulate nerve endings while releasing endorphins, thus relieving aches and pains. Muscle relaxation helps to promote blood circulation, enhancing immunity and reducing the risk of diseases.
