July kicked off with not one, but two North American holidays: Canada Day on July 1 and American Independence Day on July 4. Liquid Laundry's Star Spangled Summer Fest
Liquid Laundry celebrated July 4th in true American style with plenty of good food, drinks, live music and more. The highlight of the day were two eating/drinking competitions: a pie eating contest sponsored by Al's Baking Co. and a charity beer chug-off from Boxing Cat Brewery. Money raised from both competitions went to fantastic homegrown cause: Shanghai Healing Home Charity Foundation:
