Amelia's (of Amelia's jams and other delicious items) has opened a cafe-bar on Julu Lu and it's quaint, cozy and basically everything we love about Amelia's.
Stocked with the staples (jams, peanut butters, chutneys, etc), they've also got a menu featuring items you would have found at their former residence The Pantry, like salads and quiches, as well as some more Brit-inspired fare like scotch eggs and sausage and mash.
Along with a range of food items, all reasonably priced from RMB30-60, along with breakfast drinks, there's also many of the evening variety to include beers on tap and bottle, wines, local brew Westwood Ales and mixed drinks like Elderflower Fizz.
While still in soft opening, they plan to add more evening meals and brunch options to the menu in the future. And Jiashan market regulars, they're not about to leave you without your Saturday sausage - they still plan to attend the bi-monthly markets at least for the time being.
