Trump No Longer Labeling China a Currency Manipulator

Now that he's had time to settle down from awkward handshakes with Xi Jinping at Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump has decided to back down from labeling China a 'currency manipulator.'

"They're not currency manipulators," the US President told the Wall Street Journal yesterday. "I think our dollar is getting too strong, and partially that's my fault because people have confidence in me."

The statement is a major reversal from statements repeatedly made during his Presidential campaign.
