Head to Jing Yaa Tang for a special Spring Festival reunion dinner where chef Li Dong has prepared sumptuous dishes to help ring in the new year. Enjoy award-winning Peking duck with paper-thin pancakes and all the trimmings. The tea-leaf roasted beef belly marinated in tieguanyin oolong tea has a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Takeout option is available for those staying at home.
