Due to the fantastic response to the her plant-based Shanghai pop-ups, Taiwanese chef Vivian Chang is bringing the MissGreen concept to Beijing, as guest chef at Equis.

Executive chef of popular plant-based Thai restaurant The Green Room in Taipei, Chang's menu will see Thai, Taiwanese and Western dishes reinterpreted with an urban fine dining twist. Expect things like plant spring rolls with Thai fusion sauce and Taiwanese gua bao.

Chang has also collaborated with Equis' mixologists to create pairing cocktails to elevate the dining experience, while the house jazz band will entertain guests into the night.

The inspiration is to create international cuisine without harming animals. "You don’t have to be vegan to enjoy all the benefits of a plant based meal," says Chang. "Come with an open mind to enjoy the revolution in plant-based cuisine."

Right on. You can reserve a table for Wednesday or Thursday night by calling the number or scanning the QR code on the flyer below.
