Jing at The Peninsula Beijing is gearing up for its special Mother's Day Champagne Sunday Brunch Buffet. Chefs will combine the "farm to table" concept with Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The Opposite House is celebrating Beijing's Moms by launching a Mom-inspired menu at its award-winning Chinese restaurant, Jing Yaa Tang. Chef Li Dong will cook up dishes inspired by his own Mom.
