We’re going to break with tradition a bit & go fusion with our alternative Thanksgiving Brunch taking place on Sunday, November 24th (10am – 2pm), offering you a delightful blend of old and new flavours!
We will incorporate Chinese flavours and ingredients to our Thanksgiving brunch buffet, such as a spinach artichoke dip served with Xinjiang Naan bread, creamy sweet potato mash with Chinese 5 Spice, Harvest Vegetables, plant-based Shepherd's Pie, as well as Beijing Duck instead of traditional Turkey.
Our Sunday-Brunch classics will also be part of the buffet, including our wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts, smoked salmon, freshly baked bread and croissants, our live egg-cooking station and homemade cakes!
