From 29 March to 16 April 2021, Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing present Shanxi Food Festival. The festival is led by Shaanxi Provincial Government, together with Shangri-La Group and Xi'an Catering Group, with the theme of "Shaanxi Taste - A Thousand Years of History", Chefs are from several famous Chinese restaurants such as Lao Sun Jia, Tong Sheng Xiang, De Fa Chang, Chun Fa Sheng, Xi'an Fan Zhuang, etc. They are invited to prepare nearly 100 special authentic Shaanxi dishes to food lovers in Beijing.
