Brotzeit's seasonal exclusive menu highlights the roasted goose and all the trimmings, which can be paired with 2 authentic German wines and the authentic German Mulled Wine for this season. The tradition of serving goose is said to stem from legends involving Saint Martin von Tours, who managed to capture one of the geese interrupting his sermon.
