During Mar. 7 and 17, the Oman Guest Chef Sultan from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, will present authentic Middle East delicacies to Beijing diners Greenfish. Lamb Shuwa, Chicken Madhbi, Coconut Curry and Omani date cakes, these mouth-watering dishes will refine guests’ Ritz-Carlton memory with this fresh experience of “Oman journey on your tongue”.
