Although still a meat-eater, Will from Arrow Factory Brewery has been experimenting with vegan food for some time now, pulling together some incredible plant-based creations like his smokey jackfruit burger. For next week’s kitchen takeover at Gung Ho, he's ventured out on a mission to create brand new homemade mock meats from scratch, and the menu will also feature mock eat pizza, of course.
