Chef Jonathan is raising the "Yuletide" bar on an elegant and regal six courses of self-indulgent pleasures for Christmas Eve at 29 Grill. Sip on bubbles and nibble your amuse bouche of black truffle ragout and duck liver "Rougie" before launching into the finest home-cured salmon with caviar, Jerusalem artichoke soup with Alaskan king crab followed by butter poached sweet Canadian lobster and a sous vide beef sirloin with pistachio mousseline. And for the finale, a traditional Christmas pudding. A menu that truly commemorates the best of this most festive of seasons.
Price: RMB1288 per person with 15% service charge including one glass of sparkling wine, free flow of house wine, juices, soft drink and local beer.
