Police were called to the scene in Changsha late last night after an apparent battle between two rival clubs.
Images and video circulating on social media showed violent fights breaking out between Muse and Phebe clubs on Jiefang Xi Lu. Posts on Weibo suggest that the fights began with a dispute over parking spaces at around 8.40pm, with staff members from both venues gathering and eventually taking physical action.
As the fights continued to get out of hand, they spilled onto the street. Police were reportedly dispatched at 9.35pm to keep the situation under control.

UPDATE (July 26, 2016 at 7.26pm): Local and national media outlets have denied that some of the scenes depicted in the above video took place in Changsha, and have stated that some of the videos depicting injured people and cops storming the streets instead come from Taojiang county, Hunan and Chongqing. State media has emphasized that many of the videos are simply "false rumor."
Changsha News has dismissed these images as "rumor"
In particular, scenes of hundreds gathered on a square with police nearby that were circulating on WeChat appear to have come from a post-victory celebration following Chongqing Lifan's 1-0 defeat of Shijiazhuang Ever Bright in the Chinese Super League on Sunday.
