Henan Men Dress as Punching Bags to Honor Women's Day

International Women's Day, which falls every year on March 8, is a special occasion to honor women's rights across the globe. In China's Henan province, several men took this theme to the extreme by dressing up as punching bags for their wives to hit.

The punching bag costumes bore phrases like "Wife, take it out on me" and "Punchbags of love" printed along the front. The couples duked it out on a plaza in Luoyang on Sunday in a "romantic" display of marital love. Because nothing says "female empowerment" like beating the crap out of your man.Husbands_Dressed_as_Punchbags_to_Mark_Women's_Day
