Collaborator and photographer at That's, Nicky Almasy, has released new photos of Old Shanghai. Featured on many of our covers, Almasy's specialty is being able to capture the essence of this city that we call home.

"Old Shanghai, the metropolis built during the city's first heyday in the early 20th century, is quickly vanishing as the reborn city takes shape," writes Almasy on his site. The photos have been captured over the last five years.

His ability to constantly capture different facets of this ever-changing city never ceases to amaze his fans, us included.

Be sure to check out Nicky Almasy's past work here and here.
