Starting from July 31, travelers from Shenzhen have a new convenient option to reach Hong Kong International Airport; the ferry route from Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong International Airport has officially resumed operations.

This ferry service is set to become the most efficient and convenient "Sea to Air" transportation method for travelers commuting between Shenzhen Airport and Hong Kong International Airport.
Passengers can now board high-speed ferries at Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal, reaching Hong Kong SkyPier in approximately 50 minutes, with the route operating four round-trips daily.
One of the major advantages of this ferry service is that tourists do not need to go through Hong Kong immigration. Instead, they can directly enter the controlled area of Hong Kong Airport, undergo security checks before proceeding to Hong Kong International Airport's terminal.
To celebrate the re-launch of the ferry route, promotional fares are being offered in the initial months, with passengers able to enjoy a 40% discount on ferry tickets from July 31 to August 6, and tickets available at a 20% discount from August 7 to August 31.

Currently, 10 airlines provide up-stream check-in services at Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal, while 39 airlines offer luggage through check-in service.
The list of participating airlines is expected to expand further in the future.
