The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Appoints New Hotel Manager

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C has announced the appointment of Alan Jin as Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

According to a hotel press release, Jin is an veteran hotelier with almost two decades of working experience with luxury hotels in China and across the globe.

Jin joined The Ritz-Carlton organization in 2007, at The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya and successfully led the opening of the hotel as ‘director of rooms.’ With his outstanding performance in leading the team, he was recognized as “Leader of the Year” in 2009. In 2014, his superior leadership skills earned him a promotion to Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen.

“It’s a great pleasure to promote Alan to his first assignment as Hotel Manager in his illustrious career with The Ritz-Carlton,” says Iwan Dietschi, Multi-Property Vice President and General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen.  “Alan’s appointment is an example of the great Chinese talent in Ritz-Carlton! I am extremely proud to work with him in his new position, to lead the market in Shenzhen and South China, and to continue our journey to create excellence for our Ladies and Gentlemen, our guests, and all our stakeholders.”

The 280-room The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen is strategically situated in the heart of the Futian District, just opposite the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, and offers easy access to Shenzhen's new Metro system, which connects to the Hong Kong border.
