What: Vegetarian food pop-up shop from Serenity Seitan and the guys behind the Happy Buddha
Where: Here
When: Friday 26 – Saturday 27 September from 12-8pm

Stuck for finding decent vegetarian options in Shanghai? Looking to go meat-free after the recent out of date meat scandal ? The guys behind the Happy Buddha have answered your prayers, and are opening a pop-up shop this weekend to showcase a selection of satisfying vegetarian and vegan sandwiches, shakes and lunch bowls.

After drinking on Yongkang Lu, we’re looking forward to trying out their Shanghai cheezesteak sandwich and wheatball sub, all of which are meat-free; along with a several vegan options including a teriyaki rice bowl. All of these are available as part of a set meal with a soy shake of your choice for 48RMB, which you can whittle down to RMB40 if you add their WeChat: Serenityseitan.

To counterpart these healthy eating efforts, hosts the Tap House will be offering special prices of RMB20 beer and wine to go along with any food purchased. Sounds like a deal!
