This September, Elements Restaurant at Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai is giving autumn a delicious twist. Think succulent crabs and creative crayfish dishes from the aromatic Drunken Hairy Crab to stir-fried crab with chili and herbs, and crayfish spiced up with thirteen-seasoned boldness or indulgent salted egg and garlic sauce.
