On September 1, Albero Spanish Restaurant at Kempinski Hotel Shanghai invites you to embark on a sensory Spanish cuisine journey by tasting four Iberian black-haired pork dishes. Using black-haired pork from the Iberian region of Spain, the resulting flavor is flawless.
Marinated Iberian pork slices are made using pork neck meat with well-balanced fat distribution. After being smoked, the cheeks have a fragrant aroma. Charcoal-roasted Iberian pork chops are made from pork raised on fragrant oak fruit and acorns. After two weeks of aging, the meat exudes the natural aroma of acorns, green beans, and fresh celeriac with a hint of grass and wood, resulting in a rich and fragrant flavor.
