The Smoked Tomato Tuna Salad accompanied by Gazpacho with Chorizo and Pineapple Soup acts as a refreshing opener to whet the appetite.
Grilled Long Jiang Wagyu Beef Ribeye served with wine sauce, potato terrine, and a green pea and organic vegetable bouquet delivers a variety of textures in the most invigorating of ways.
Finally, the culminating bite of Chocolate Terrine with Caramelized Hazelnuts provides a rich and demurely sweet finish.
Sharing Set Menu for Three to Four
The sharing set for three to four people is an ideal option to celebrate with family and friends.
Begin with the Signature Baby Lobster Paella, featuring classic Mediterranean-meets-Spanish flavors with a base of chewy rice topped with Spanish seafood.
The Ducky Duck Pizza sees black truffle paired with tender roasted duck atop a thin, crispy crust.

As for Brunch, Cachet's Executive Chef has crafted a selection of small sharing plates, followed by an a la carte menu with main courses that guest can share or enjoy for themselves.
For those who want to scale up, there are also some luxury seafood delights and cured Iberico ham, served tableside.
