The FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show is now in its 25th year. The 2021 event will take place from November 9 until November 11.

As one of the leading trade fairs for the food and catering industry in China, the event is a key platform for multinational companies to enter China.

Brazil

Brazil’s ethnic diversity means a wide variety of flavors and ingredients. If you’re a cheese lover, the cheese rolls may be for you!

Also on display is Casa Perini sparkling wine, perfect for romance and relaxation.

For those looking to boost their morning energy with a digestible and blended green breakfast, the Brazilian juices are a must-try.

France

As a country with one of the oldest and most renowned culinary traditions in the world, the rich array of products from France comes as no surprise.

Several types of French ham are on display, as well as LAGRIMUS fir syrup, an ancient formula from the Pyrenees mountains made by soaking fir buds in sugar water. It has a strong red berry flavor with resin and forest aromas.

Moreover, those who visit the French stall can taste a range of oils including olive oil.

Japan

Japan, one of China’s closest neighbors, is also well represented at FHC, featuring cuisine as fine as sushi and as filling as ramen. The Japanese Pavilion will wow your taste buds at FHC.

Canada

From poutine to Canadian bacon, Canada has a long history of great dishes that you can explore at the Canada stall at FHC.

Maison BeauSoleil was founded in 1999 in New Brunswick and produces quality oysters.

Also represented at the stall is Cavendish Farms. Since 2004, they have been the first in North America to use 100% non-hydrogenated oil to process French fries without trans fats or cholesterol.

Furthermore, Jayland Naturals has been set for the development of agricultural products, cultivation and trade. If you are a health enthusiast, try their cold-pressed oil and other natural health products.
