Black truffle, traditionally known as the 'black diamond of the kitchen,' is becoming the highlight of Shake Shack’s limited-edition holiday menu. Shake Shack is introducing customers, both for dine-in and take-out, to a new range of luxurious black truffle items.
From November 23, foodies across Shanghai have been able to indulge in three limited edition items, each topped with a rich, aromatic black truffle mayo that makes savouring every bite that much more special.
First up, there's the Black Truffle Burger, a Swiss cheeseburger topped with black truffle mayo, crispy shallots and arugula. For poultry lovers, there's the Black Truffle Chick'n that comes with Shake Shack’s signature crispy chicken breast, black truffle mayo, pickled shallots and arugula.
Lastly, the Black Truffle Fries follow suit with, you guessed it, black truffle mayo, crispy shallots and a sprinling of fresh scallions. Swing by any Shake Shack in Shanghai to take part in this lux burger dining experience.
