1. Classy Limousine Service with DiDi Luxe
Attending a fabulous party and looking for a ultra luxurious way to get your to your final destination? Why not treat yourself and impress your friends with a DiDi Luxe ride. This high-end limousine service brings a professional chauffeur driving a Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Audi sedan right to your door. You'll experience extra comfort, with top-notch refreshments such as caramel biscuits, peppermints and mineral water all available during your fancy journey. Classy!
2. Hassle-Free Airport Pickup & Dropoff Service
So your flight has just landed, and the last thing you want to do after experiencing queues in customs and waiting to pick up your luggage is wait in another long line for a cab back home. No worries, because DiDi Premier has you covered with its airport pickup and dropoff services. Skip the taxi lines by reserving a car in advance, which you can book before you even fly to China! Upon arrival, you'll be able to enjoy hassle-free pickup service.
3. Pay for Rides Using International Credit Cards
Having problems using Alipay? No problem! DiDi users can pay for rides with major international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover and Diners. And that applies to all Luxe, Premier and Express rides. Other accepted popular cash-free payment methods are WeChat Pay, Alipay, QQ Wallet, Apple Pay and China Merchants Bank’s all-in-one-card.
Here's how to set up your payment option in four easy steps...
1. Open the DiDi app, tap the user icon in the top-left corner and select "My Wallet."
2. Tap “Password free payment.”
3. Select from one of the five payment methods listed on your app as your default payment method.
4. Switch among the available payment options and select which one you prefer.
Note that DiDi Taxi does not support international credit cards and Apple Pay yet, but riders can either use WeChat, Alipay or cash to pay their driver.
4. Instant Message Translation with Your Driver
When you book a ride through DiDi, the service matches up your ride request to its entire driver pool, including with non-English-speaking drivers. But no need to worry about language or communication barriers, because DiDi also provides a real-time in-app instant messaging (IM) translation system. The IM translation function allows you to chat to your driver with pre-set or hand-typed messages in your own language, ensuring the smoothest pick-up possible.
5. Share Your Ride in Real-Time with Friends
Next time your friend messages "ETA?", give them an exact answer with a real-time ride tracker. DiDi's ‘Share Itinerary’ function lets loved ones keep track of your journey so that you don't have to keep guesstimating how long it'll be until you arrive at your final destination. You can send your vehicle movements to your contacts seamlessly over WeChat, QQ and SMS.
6. Rate Your Driver with Anonymous Feedback
At the end of each trip, DiDi users are asked to rate their driver. For excellent service, make sure to reward your driver with the “Satisfied" rating, which will help DiDi continue to recommend the best of the best for both Chinese- and English-speaking users.
Problems with your ride? If you select the “Unsatisfied” rating option, DiDi will ask you to provide feedback.
