Hosted by Matt Rea, the bacon-loving genius behind the movable feast that was Ruijin Cajun, it's on at Cages next Saturday, November 17 from 11am-5pm.
And it is a battle-off between baconheads.
People trying to make bacon as tasty as possible, for your pleasure. What. Is. Not. To. Love.
Tickets are RMB100 presale (and can be purchased here) or RMB120 at the door, which includes a drink and a try of each and every one of those bacon dishes in the aforementioned baconhead battle-off.
