Arkham to Remain Closed Throughout November

Well, well, well, looks like the 'elf and safety patrol are out in full force just in time for Christmas.

Just last weekend indie club Arkham was ordered to close following an unannounced safety check from the local authorities, and now that temporary closure is starting to look a little bit... less temporary.

As SmartShanghai reports, the club counts as a basement venue, and is therefore subject to tighter restrictions on safety regulations, fire escape routes, disco balls and what not. The venue will remain closed for the month of November while they make changes to comply with the order, and endeavor bring the place up to scratch. 

Not safe to dance...
