For New Year’s Eve the restaurant is offering a tempting four course set menu, which includes two drinks from 0.5 L Paulaner Beer, wine and selected non-alcoholic beverages.
To get everybody into the festive holiday mood, our two in-house bands will prepare special performances and we will also host a lucky draw for all guests to try their fortune at winning some fantastic prizes!

New Year’s Eve Set Menu:
-Marinated Crab Meat with Keta Caviar on a Bed of Arugula

-Oxtail Consommé  
Oxtail meat and vegetable julienne

-“Surf and Turf”
“Special reserve” sirloin topped with foie gras and grilled jumbo prawn accompanied by baby carrots, green beans, oven tomato and potato croquettes

Dessert:
“Old German Style” Plum Cake with Cinnamon Sugar and Vanilla Ice Cream

This special New Year’s Eve set menu is prized at RMB958 per person.
