From Sep 10 to Sep 27, The Balcony will host a vibrant Cambodian Food Festival, featuring the authentic flavors and aromatic dishes of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

They are honored to welcome acclaimed Chef Moung Sambath and Chef Brak Nam from the prestigious Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, who will bring their exceptional expertise and passion directly to Grand Hyatt’s guests in Beijing, presenting a curated selection of traditional and contemporary Cambodian specialties.
