Summer is well underway here in the capital! And That's Beijing has the perfect food and drink to match. 

The Terrace at Hilton Beijing is offering the chance to enjoy summer BBQ along with Great Leap beers. Meanwhile, Beersmith has launched its first bottled beer – Hopsession Hazy Pale combines a hoppy and fruity flavor to give you those perfect summer vibes. 

Newly-opened La Platea serves up rustic and hearty Mediterranean dishes. There's also a wide selection of wine and beer including Spanish Mahou IPA on draught. 

And as a perfect addition to the summer menu, Rosewood Beijing's Red Bowl restaurant is serving cocunut chicken hotpot. The hotpot dishes pair perfectly with their cool cocunut juice drink and fermented coconut yoghurt.

A new a la carte menu is available at The Lounge. Dishes such as bak-kut-teh, black pepper wagyu beef Japanese bowl and more give guests an Asian flavor. A number of healthy options are also available including beef brisket noodle soup, steamed silver cod, mozzacado burger, vegetarian sandwiches and the Summit Salad. 

Signature dishes such as Boston lobster bun, Shangri-la Wagyu beef burger, Hainanese chicken rice and more remain on the menu. Come and indulge yourself in a rich variety of flavors!

Head to Made in China, a Beijing MICHELIN Plate restaurant, where you can enjoy the summer menu from June 1 until August 31. Chef’s recommendations include green bean noodles in homemade chili sauce; pan-fried scallops; minced shrimp; bitter melon and premium caviar; braised live Boston lobster with Sichuan mint; and crispy-fried Zhoushan yellow fish in sweet soy sauce. 

Bask in the summer sunshine as you taste these rich and carefully crafted dishes!

The Terrace now offers guests the chance to experience a glorious summer BBQ. Enjoy a selection of fresh prawns, meat, a variety of sausages, fresh vegetables as well as Great Leap beer and soft drinks. What better way to enjoy the glorious summer weather with friends and loved ones?

Cang Yue brings authentic and carefully-crafted Cantonese dishes to the capital. Chef Ke has created a new summer a la carte menu. Dishes include chilled sweet and sour pork; double-boiled baby winter melon soup; chilled Cantonese ‘Dalian’ abalone with goose liver and cucumber; poached ‘Qingyuan’ chicken with crispy minced ginger, wok-fried Australian M5 beef tenderloin with ginger and more. The menu is available for lunch and dinner. 

Dim sum and set meals are also available. Guests can indulge in a selection of French, Italian and New World wines.

The Royal Afternoon Tea at the newly-opened Royal Lounge includes sumptuous sandwiches, seasonal cakes, desserts and other snacks. And of course, there are scones filled with fresh cream and jam! Indulge in specially-crafted appetizers such as lobster cocktail, caviar cream, egg nouvelle, osetra caviar in egg shell, sour cream, potato and more. Choose from a selection of sparkling wine, Kir Royal, Bellini, Champagne, coffee and tea. NV Veuve Clicquot ‘Yellow Label’ Brut and NV Perrier Jouet Grand Brut are also available for those who want an extra special touch.

Signature’s restaurant has a new healthy menu! Relax at Signature’s terrace and enjoy a protein-packed main course or healthy salad. The dishes have all been specially crafted for the hot summer days.

Everyone’s favourite Italian restaurant Via Roma has launched a new a la carte menu for June 2021. Hotel executive sous chef Milan Cotra has carefully designed classic Italian dishes including fresh pasta, homemade stone oven pizza and authentic Italian gourmet including Grilled lobster accompanied by black quinoa and Via Roma Ossobuco with saffron risotto.

A French head chef, Spanish designer and Italian manager have joined forces to bring Mediterranean food to Beijing! Enjoy rustic Mediterranean dishes such as a cold cuts platter, beef carpaccio and truffle, Parma ham burrata, veal Milanese, pizza pockets and more. Choose from a wide selection of wines, beers, soft drinks and more, including Spanish Mahou IPA on draught.

Frasca is offering a new weekend brunch menu designed especially for summer. Enjoy Italian classics with a few drinks on Frasca’s terrace. From 12pm until 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, diners can enjoy an exquisite four-course brunch with the option to add free-flow drinks.

Greenfish, an all-day dining venue at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street, has had an extensive uplift and is now ready to welcome guests! The newly-refurbished interior includes live cooking stations. The Savor lunch buffet features seasonal salads and fruits; chacuteries and cheeses; bread selection; seafood on ice; signature dessert bar; western grills and carvings; and Chinese signature dishes served boiled, steamed, wok-fried or barbecued. 

Meanwhile, the Grill and Toast dinner menu is cooked using the kitchen’s new Josper grill, adding a richer flavor. Signature dishes include Cioppino, Josper grilled lobster, halibut and turbot. A selection of natural wines are also available. 

Guests will soon be able to enjoy Sunday roast lunch buffet – a great way to spend time with friends and loved ones!
