Beijing’s longstanding MSG-free Korean restaurant is back, this time on the second floor of the bizarrely named Rum Copacabana Hotel. The hotel lobby may be full of strange LEGO sculptures, but Saveurs de Corée is kitted out in a pleasant traditional Korean style, complete with an open kitchen and a well-stocked soju bar. New dishes are just as healthy and flavorful as the old ones that made Saveurs a local favorite: kimchi dumplings (RMB59), the kimchi and squid pancake (RMB69) and bulgogi (RMB79).
